In my previous job, I had the opportunity to work with leading companies in the service industry, particularly in the retail sector, in Japan and throughout Asia, and I realized the difficulty of balancing labor productivity and customer experience in management. ClipLine has tremendous potential in the retail, foodservice, and service industries, not only domestically but also in Asian countries interested in the high level of the Japanese service industry, by creating a platform to increase productivity while maintaining Japan's very high quality of customer experience.
